At the end of each season, artisans from the complex's pottery, enamel, khatam marquetry, rug-weaving, and leatherwork stalls bring their newest and finest pieces to the upper-floor veranda. The exhibition is a chance to see work that doesn't usually fit on the stalls' everyday shelves — larger pieces, experimental designs, and one-off creations. Visitors can talk directly with the artisans and learn about the process behind each piece. Several craftspeople demonstrate part of their work live during the event. It's an effort to introduce authentic Persian handicrafts to a new generation of admirers.
